Required Skills

• Consistent login hours on an almost daily basis
  

  At least a few hours each day of login. Off-days are totally understandable. You are our representative to new-comers and first-response to questions.

• General Knowledge of Second Life communication
  

  Be a QUICK rely to IMs, chats and company emails. We are pleased to have a very low amount of traffic. Most days will be totally silent…

• General knowledge of Second Life parcel management
  

  There will be the occasional question about the About Land window and its settings

• A sweet and polite demeanor
  

  If niceness comes naturally, you’re perfect for the job… Un-patronizing patience is a true skill!

• A natural at keeping the boss in the loop
  

  Sometimes, the best job you will ever do is remember to update the boss and communicate all that is important.

• A knack for finding the solution
• A passion for helping others

Duties and Abilities Include:

• Answering Guest and Resident questions
• Group announcements
• Community Issue Blogging
• In-world object clutter cleanup
• Constant contact with Estate Owner

All Second Life avatars at least six months old are invited to apply! This is a non-hectic job which is mostly non-invasive to your usual Second Life life This position pays L$5,000 per month.
