Belvedere Inc is looking for new talented people to join our Commerce Management team in the city of Belvetica. As Commerce Manager, prospective employees will be responsible for maintaining the buzz of commerce by building relationships with business owners. If you’re a natural in the art of Metaverse people-skills and find yourself at ease in any social situation than this is the job for you.

Commerce Manager Literature

Welcome to the Belvetica City Commerce Devision. We are excited to hire you into the most important position of the city. As Commerce Manager (CM) you play a vital role in growing and stabilizing the core of the city. The success of this city rests on the shoulders of this small group of people.

You have two primary responsibilities:
1. Bring successful small businesses into the city.
2. Serve the city’s  small business community on a daily basis.

Tasks:

1.    Find businesses by contacting current shop owners. Send out friendly IMs.
⁃    Compliment their current shop and their offerings. In addition, we suggest doing the following:
⁃    Offer them the “City of Belvetica Business Guide” notecard.
⁃    Offer to take them on a personal tour of the city. Explain the benefits of our high-density, high-traffic.
⁃    If possible, be present during their move-in process and answer all of their questions.
2.    Perform the following tasks for your new businesses. You are in charge of their presence and visibility.
⁃    Setup their teleport pad. This makes them visible through the whole building
⁃    Verify that they have correctly paid their rental object and understand their prim limits.
3.    Make yourself available to your current businesses. You are their contact for questions and issues.

Compensation:

•    New business paying first rent earns you L$500 on the spot.
•    Each recurring rental payment earns you L$150 per month.

CM compensation will be calculated from the 1st day through the last day of each month. Payments will be dispensed within 7 business days of the month’s end. Belvedere Inc reserves the right to refuse compensation payments for any and all questionable circumstances.

In order for your compensation payments to remain accurate it is your responsibility to track all business departures.  During each monthly period, a record must be kept of all businesses who have removed themselves from the city. This will ensure that we properly calculate your current capacity as compared to the previous month. . If you miss one, your numbers will turn out lower and you will miss out on money.
