Belvedere’s residential estate “bel Niche” as become famous for the most compelling views and landscapes in Second Life. We also manage to accomplish the task of creating the sense of community while conserving usable space. Every meter of our estate is terraformed with great views in mind. You will never have more land than you care to landscape and you will never stare across the flat, ugly expanse of another Resident’s neglected land.
We have created each plot with the intention of a single dwelling. You will find a red marker on all available plots. Our plots are intended to be large enough for a dwelling of your creation while saving you from the upkeep involved in the surrounding land.
Each plot, regardless of the size, is priced at only L$1,000 Lindens for purchase. Once you purchase the plot by right-clicking the ground and selecting “Buy Land” you will be full owner of that plot.
Monthly dues will be conveniently handled by your very own rental box. It is disguised as a rock near your plot’s edge. Find it and pay it. From here you can manage all aspects of your account with the bel Niche Estate.
You always have the option of paying for more prims at the identical rate in units of L$1250 Lindens/month for 140 prims. This is standard across the entire Estate.
Currently Available: 41 plots ranging from L$1,250 Linden Dollars per month up to and beyond L$10,000 Lindens per month.
